How are your rates set?

Every load is quoted individually based on lane, miles, equipment, timing, and freight. Request a quote on our Get a Quote page or email dispatch@ayexpres.com and we'll get back to you quickly.

What lanes do you run?

We run over the road across the country. Tell us your pickup and delivery and we'll let you know if we can cover it, for one-time loads or dedicated lanes.

Are you insured?

Yes. AY Express LLC is an authorized motor carrier (MC 45321750, USDOT 6326507) and carries the insurance required by FMCSA. A current certificate of insurance is available on request, and we can add you as a certificate holder.

How does dispatch work?

Can I check on my load?

Yes. Use our Track a Load page or call dispatch for a status update.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are agreed on each rate confirmation before the load moves. To pay an invoice, call us at 512-200-9919.

What equipment do you have?

A 53-foot refrigerated trailer with a Carrier reefer unit. We also accept dry van freight.
